Watts Ice Rink Open Friday
Tuesday, November 24, 2020
With the state's move to Tier 3, there are a number of new restrictions Watts users must follow. Most notably, advance reservations are now required for all visitors and our capacity is now limited to 25%. All season pass holders must make a reservation to enjoy Public Skate or Open Hockey. For more details on restrictions on passes and reservations, please visit our Watts FAQ page.
Reservations will open three (3) days in advance of the scheduled skate and online reservations will close 2-hours prior to the start time. Within 2-hours of the time slot, availability can be checked by calling the Watts Center at (847) 835-4440. To make a reservation, visit https://glencoe-park-district.ticketleap.com/. You must make a reservation for all pass holders and guests to guarantee admittance into the Watts Center.
You can reserve one (1) time slot per day per pass. You can reserve multiple days at a time as long as it is within the 3-day window, but due to demand, each pass holder can only sign up in advance for one time slot per weekend (Friday night through Sunday night). Reservations will open three (3) days in advance of the scheduled skate and online reservations will close 2-hours prior to the start time. Public Skate reservations require a Skating Season Pass; Open Hockey reservations require a Hockey Season Pass. If a pass holder makes more than one weekend reservation (Friday night-Sunday night), we will remove the additional reservations. Those who have purchased both (Skating season pass and Open Hockey season pass) are eligible to reserve a time slot for each pass type.
If you need to cancel a reservation, please contact the Watts Center at (847) 835-4440 to speak with a Watts staff member. Once canceled, you can reserve a new time slot to visit the ice rink. If you do not show up for a reserved ice slot, you will receive a warning. If you do not show up for multiple time slots, your pass may be revoked and no refund issued. Please call the Watts Center at (847) 835-4440 to cancel your time slot in advance.
