Winter in Glencoe has something for everyone! Whether you are looking for some family fun, social activities, sports challenges, or a hobby you can try out, there is something good waiting for you here!
The Winter & Camp Guide is now available to view online and will be in your mailbox soon. Inside the guide, you'll find detailed information on each activity, who can participate, and how to register. Links throughout the guide connect you directly to our online registration page.
Registration for all activities will start at 7 AM on Thursday, December 1 for Glencoe residents. Non-resident registration will start at 9 AM on Monday, December 5.
Our registration system is easy to use and mobile-friendly! While the new site can be navigated without explanation, we also created a short video with some quick tips for using the new site. When registration opens on December 1, follow these simple steps:
- Click the blue Register tab on glencoeparkdistrict.com
- Log into your household account. If you already have a household account, your account username and password will stay the same.
- Search for the programs you want and add them to your cart.
- Follow the prompts to enroll and enter a payment method. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted. When your transaction is completed, you will receive an email receipt.
If you don't have a household account, you will need to set one up. Please note, it takes our staff approximately one business day to confirm your household account. Proof of residency may be required before approval; someone will contact you if it is needed.
If you need assistance logging in, resetting your password, or with any part of registration, please call (847) 835-3030 or email [email protected]. Our customer service staff is available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
If your class is full, please join the waitlist. When possible, we may open additional sections or spaces in a class. Please note, you will be charged the class fee to join the waitlist. You will get a full refund if you do not get a spot in a class.
