Glencoe's annual Independence Day Parade steps off at 1 PM on its usual route beginning at the intersection of South/Hawthorn, heading east on South, north on Vernon, east on Park, south on Village Court, and ending at Hazel Avenue. A map of the parade route will be available prior to the event.
Parade Reminders:
- The parade is held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, information will be posted to social media and the Village's website.
- Do not place chairs or blankets along the route until the morning of the parade.
- Parking along the parade route will be prohibited during certain times on July 4 (vehicles may be removed or stuck until the parade's conclusion)
- During the parade, be sure to watch from a safe distance of motor vehicles and keep children off of the route.
JOIN THE PARADE! Community members, groups, teams, local businesses, elected officials, entertainers, and more are invited to participate in the Glencoe Parade! Interested parties should submit a registration form to the Village Manager's Office by June 5.
