Regular committee meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of each month at Takiff Center (999 Green Bay Rd, Glencoe). Special board and committee meetings are held as needed. After a board committee has reviewed and reached a consensus on an item, the item is brought before the board for final review and/or approval at a regular or special board meeting. Board agendas are posted 48 hours before the meeting; meeting packets are posted 24 hours before the meeting.
