Glencoe Beach Right in your own backyard is Lake Michigan’s most beautiful spot on the North Shore – Glencoe Beach. The Beach opens for swimming and boating during Memorial Day weekend. Boating, swimming, picnicking and playing, there is lots of fun at Glencoe Beach!
Amenities - Shaded trellis for picnics and parties with a canopy for rainy days - Expanded concession operations - Accessible play equipment and water/sand play areas - Sand chairs and umbrella rentals - Kayak and sailboat rentals - Year-round sailboat storage - Beach cart operating weekdays from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Weekday Special Group Admission Groups of 15 or more persons completing a special group admission application may be admitted for $5 per person (adult and youth).

Pre-Season Boating Hours Weekends Only: Starting May 2, 2009 Hours: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Summer Boating Hours Daily, June 8 - September 7, 2009 Hours: Noon - 8 p.m. (weekdays); 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. (weekends)
Post-Season Boating Hours Weekends Only: September 12 - October 11, 2009 Hours: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
