Glencoe Park District sincerely apologizes for the delay in registration
I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced today while trying to register for fall programs.
A configuration issue caused a 1.5 hour registration glitch this morning. We are investigating how the configuration issue happened. The delay was unacceptable. We are doing everything in our power to ensure it never happens again.
We are also doing our best to be as fair as possible with registrations received offline this morning. Despite the registration glitch, almost everyone who registered today was able to enroll in the class they wanted. Only 2% of our programs now have a wait list. It is our practice to monitor program registration and make every effort to accommodate those individuals on the wait list. Information will be distributed to wait list patrons as details are confirmed.
Our team met today to discuss how to improve your registration experience next season and how we address any issues. We are committed to developing a registration process that is user-friendly and dependable.
